(ECHT) STONSDORFER 031 is a herbal bitters based on an old recipe from the Polish village of Staniszów (Stonsdorf). Blueberries and fennel seeds meet bitter orange peel and galangal root – a true explosion of flavor!
HASELNUSS (WACHOLDER) 051 masterfully combines two flavors to perfection. First, the aroma of roasted hazelnuts seduces the nose, followed by a juniper scent. On the palate, this interplay unfolds in reverse order: fresh juniper berries dominate first, followed by a long, complex finish characterized by fine hazelnut notes.
The bundle is rounded off with SPECKBIRNE 302. Speckbirne, a pear rich in tannins that is processed into cider, the fermentation of which is stopped by the addition of pear eau de vie. The natural residual sweetness and delicious pear aroma give this drink a special note and make it the ideal accompaniment to cheese and a fine aperitif.
