David against Goliath

The battle of David against Goliath is an unequal one. It is similar in the spirits world. To be successful there, you sometimes have to take unusual paths. If you then have to get through a pandemic and the economic conditions are difficult, you need to be creative.

We – the traditional Hanseatic house CHARLES HOSIE, the decentralized distiller network FREIMEISTERKOLLEKTIV and the Lower Austrian organic distillery FARTHOFER – are taking an unusual, creative approach. Instead of fighting alone, we have joined forces under the umbrella of a distribution cooperative. This allows us to offer our diverse spirits portfolio as efficiently as possible to customers from retail and the hospitality industry.


Our sales cooperative is looking for a

Sales & Activation Manager (m/f/d) in Frankfurt/ Cologne/ Düsseldorf.

You are the face of this extraordinary collective and the associated spirits brands in the defined area and are the first point of contact for restaurateurs, retailers and other relevant partners.

As Sales & Activation Manager you are responsible for the sustainable and long-term placement of the selected spirits portfolio. You maintain close contact with customers from the retail spirits trade as well as the restaurant and hotel industry.

At the same time, you will introduce the products to your customers and partners at tastings and events and provide active marketing support.

What you will need to bring with you:

•   a high affinity for handcrafted spirits

•   sales experience is important to us, experience behind the bar is also helpful, a good network in the bar scene and/or the spirits trade is a real plus.

•.  above-average ability to work under pressure and flexibility are required

•.  Motivation and passion for this industry and for the team.

•   You live in one of the cities mentioned and have a driver’s license class 3 or B and bring a high willingness to travel.
